Danny Way
Skateboard protected and pioneer Danny Way began ripping the Del Mar Skate Park at the age of six and has never slowed down.
He is always at the forefront of the skateboarding scene, and holds numerous world records and has also acquired the prestigious title of "Skater of the Year" by Thrasher magazine since.
At age 11, Danny won his first competition and was caught skateboarding as a result of the vision. Three years later he joined the "Bones Brigade" and ran to Powellperltie ... I left a few months later, with H-Street. After leaving H Street Danny worked with its founder, Mike Ternasky and formed Plan B, which was eventually, after the tragic death of Ternasky resolved.
In 1997, Danny Way broke the record for highest air ever. This year, he pulled some other mind blowing previews as the launch of a shock and a 12-foot bomb in a half-pipe in a helicopter!
Of course, all these crazy tricks and new records havecome with their fair share of pain. Over the past ten years, Danny Way's numerous injuries including a broken neck five knee surgeries and two shoulder injuries suffered to name a few.
Danny is now the main sponsor of DC Shoes. In 1997 he built the first Mega Ramp, DC, and this concept is massive ramp skating legend Danny tunes and half new spirit blowing up pull. In 2003, when DC Shoes build broken a second version of their mega ramp, Danny Way's two world records at once!
Thelongest distance jumped, which was a madman and the highest 75 feet of air from a ramp to 23.5 meters!
In July 2009, Danny moved to one of the greatest achievements in skateboarding, as he launches the first person to jump the Great Wall of him in the book record stores again
Danny has recently appeared on the third season of the popular reality show "Rob and Big"
Danny is the only person who Thrashers Skater 'of the Year Award "will receive two times! And is really aliving legend in the world of skateboarding.
